Gloria M. Jordan!
Born in Cuba, Gloria first became an architect before her path carried her to Europe, the culinary world, and eventually the United States. Cooking, wine, travel, culture and human connection came together in Jordan’s Wine Bar — a place built around the belief that people can arrive as strangers and leave as friends.

The kitchen came first
Two decades of cooking taught her that hospitality is a discipline, not a mood. Nothing leaves the pass that she wouldn't eat standing up in the kitchen.
The cellar is personal
Every bottle on the list was tasted, argued over, and chosen because it says something. If it isn't interesting, it isn't here.
